About David Dall

Born and raised in Old Greenwich, CT, David Dall has spent his life devoting time and efforts to supporting local businesses, community services, and developing long-lasting relationships. David grew up in and around the custom home building business started by his father Jes J. Dall in 1972, and David joined Clarke Builders, Inc. full time in 1987.

Jes was a depression-era, WWII tank commander, and taught David from an early age that integrity, loyalty, devotion, and empathy were the keys to happiness and success. He also taught never to give up, think things through, take responsibility and solve the issue. And so began David's lifelong passion for problem-solving and creativity.

His eye for design and ability to implement creative solutions landed him in front of the tv cameras with multiple seasons on HGTV, several appearances on NBC's Good Morning America, and recently a new series on the History Channel (airing November 22).

In his early years on Long Island sound, David spent summers canvassing every inch of the shore and exploring the incredible ecosystem. His love of the sound grew into becoming a USCG Master Captain, and David has run yachts up to 187' from Canada to Florida, the Bahamas, and Mexico. To this day, David continues his boating passion with his family and friends traveling on his boat when time allows.

From brand new 3,000-28,000 square foot homes to historic renovations, additions, and simple modifications, David's passion for buildings shines bright. "Large or small, new or old, I absolutely love what I do".
