In 1974, Jes J. Dall Incorporated Clarke builders and ran the company as president and sole owner until his son David joined him in 1987. A welcomed partner and fresh talent, David has brought a keen eye to his family business in addition to his exemplary project management skills.

Throughout the company's history, homeowners turned to Clarke Builders for their home maintenance needs. Recently, the demmand for home maintenance and property management became so high in demand, Dall started a completely new division who's sole purpose is home maintenance, renovations and disaster mitigation.

David Dall took over as President of Clarke Builders in 2006 and in his 35 years with the company, David has completed hundreds of custom homes, renovations, and additions, often incorporating distinctive architectural elements of surprise into his projects.

David, Master Craftsman, has been featured on an Emmy winning, 12 season HGTV series as well as a new series on the History Channel (airing November 2022) where his creative talents shine bright! Dall has been featured in multiple magazines and online articles about building and design.
